Newly graduated Engineers to our Trainee Programme. 

You will start at HiTest as a Trainee consultant for about 3 years. You will get the chance to work together with our customers and consultants in real projects. In the trainee programme, we develop an individually tailored training package for you that allows you to develop in the best way.

Engineer with 5+ years of relevant experience

We have challenging assignments for the engineer with more experience. In our internal training concept, you will be a essential part in small learning teams how to combine tech, communication and leadership.  The company culture at HiTest is something we think is essential for our success.
